Offering

A study in pattern and the quiet architecture of growth.

Offering is a collection of original botanical works exploring natural order, repetition, and the hidden structures that allow life to flourish.

An offering is rarely extravagant; it is usually a pattern repeated, held, and carried over time. This collection reflects that quiet faithfulness - the beauty of nature's design, the discipline of repetition, and the sacredness of what is being formed.

In each piece, black marks move across both leaf and pod in deliberate rhythm - repeated forms that suggest both multiplication and intention. What appears simple at first glance reveals a deeper order: veining, structure, the careful interior that holds what is yet to come.

Some works are painted over vintage sheet music; others rest on handmade paper with a natural deckled edge. The variation in surface becomes part of the meditation - smooth and structured in some places, raw and torn in others, to show that growth does not happen in uniform conditions.

Created in gouache, wax pastel, and acrylic, the layered surfaces hold both softness and strength. Framed in natural wood frames and wide mats to enhance the stillness of each piece.
